You have never really taste curried crab and dumpling unless you have tasted it from the food huts in Store Bay, Tobago. It's absolutely delicious!
12) PROVISIONS
This is normally served with a meat or fish in sauce.
13) BAKE & BULJOL (SALTFISH)
You can have fried bake with anything but bake & buljol is a famous combo. :)
14) SHANDY CARIB
A nice cold sorrel shandy is my "go to" drink to cool me down when it gets too hot outside. Perfect for beach trips.

Happy to say I have tried each of these dishes. My favorite has to be doubles! Definitely a must if visiting Trinidad and Tobago!!!

DeleteI love all of these meals. I had a friend who bought doubles for me every morning in secondary school. I really think I am addicted to doubles.
